ZYTC Alloy can deliver mill products with multiple surface finishes: descaled, pickled, abrasive blasted, chemically milled, ground, machined, peeled or polished, as per customer drawing specifications. Material supply conditions cover hot-worked, cold-worked, forged, annealed and stress-relieved states. Full mechanical property testing is available for ultimate tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and reduction of area.
Titanium Grade 4 is the highest strength grade among commercially pure titanium series. Strict control on interstitial elements (carbon, oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen) and iron content guarantees stable biocompatibility for long-term human implantation. In oxygen-rich environments, it spontaneously forms a protective titanium dioxide passive film, delivering exceptional corrosion resistance against body fluid. This implant-grade titanium can be cold formed to achieve elevated strength while retaining reliable ductility. Balanced strength, corrosion resistance and tissue compatibility make it the preferred raw material for orthopaedic and dental precision medical components.
